This is will be you go to place if your an Indian cuisine lover in west van. There not that much Indian food in west van, and this is one of the best, good for both authentic foods lovers and new to the taste. Their beard is free and may perhaps be the best thing in the restaurant.
Swad is our family’s favourite Indian restaurant on the Northshore! The place is beautiful and fairly clean with friendly service and great food. No buffet and only à-la-carte fresh food. Most of the menu is gluten-free and delicious!They also have a private room for a small private party.I love the heated plates and their cutlery as well as the variety of the menu.
Searching for a place to enjoy a nice dinner prior to a concert at the nearby Kay Meek Arts Centre, we came upon Swad whilst strolling along Marine Drive. A beautiful room with terrific service. This set the ambience for a wonderful dining experience. The food was very good and was prepared with care and precision. The curry was prepared to our desired spice level, a wonderful detail. They offer a customer appreciation night on Monday and Tuesday with 25% discounted off all food items. The was a great opportunity to discover a West Vancouver gem. We look forward to our return visit.

Favorite place in west Vancouver for Indian cuisine. Dine here more than 5x and very satisfying. Place look at there site for more info for reservations during weekends . Sometimes it's too busy. Food are scrumptious. Vaccine proof is a must. Place is so relaxing. Love the ambiance and music with the lights. Perfect for dates and Family gatherings.
Swad Indian Kitchen is the best place for authentic Indian food. The service is always great, and the cozy, inviting ambiance makes it a favorite spot.
